Comments Schyulkill Banks to warm -up into 20 mins Tempo, 3 mins actve recovery, 10 mins Tempo, 3 min active recovery, 10 mins Tempo, cool down. The first 20 was at 5:33 pace, the next two sets were around 5:40 pace. Given how I've been feeling the first half of this week, Im pleased to get this workout in fairly comfortably in trainers. I need to get more rest and back into the morning run habit again.
