Comments Schyulkill Banks to warm -up into 20 mins Tempo, 3 mins actve recovery, 10 mins Tempo, 3 min active recovery, 10 mins Tempo, cool down. The first 20 was at 5:33 pace, the next two sets were around 5:40 pace. Given how I've been feeling the first half of this week, Im pleased to get this workout in fairly comfortably in trainers. I need to get more rest and back into the morning run habit again.

Comments Easy run after missing yesterday. Feeling weak and dehydrated yesterday, must have caught some bug. Felt slightly better this morning, picked up the pace in the end to open the stride out. Hopefully ill be feeling up to a tempo tomorrow.

Comments This one was painful. The huge hills between 4.5-7 put me out of commission. Not feeling great today, struggled just to get home. Came through the first 4 miles in 6:30 pace feeling easy but after the hills had to walk it in. Dehydration possibly. Last long run before some good racing.
