Comments Warm up on Temples track. WIndy as usual but warm. ran 4 x 1000 at tempo pace with 1 min recovery, 6 x 200 at rep pace with 1 min recovery, followed by a good quick 300 to test the stride. Good cool down. Wanted to do more but the wind was breaking my concentration. Tempo was faster than planned but felt easy, 2s were easy with the wind. Form is getting there for the faster pace.
