Comments Feeling sluggish after not running for two days. Moving Melanie into Fredricksburg took up the whole weekend. Lifting all of her things seemed to be an impossible task and my arms and back are paying for it. Took the bus back to Philly, put the sneakers right on and went out. Time to try and catch up and stay fit for the upcoming races.
