Comments Just got back in from Philly, left yesterday to move out of my studio and into storage. Long night and day of making runs to the dump and packing two years of intense studio work. Got back to Fredericksburg around 7, jumped on the treadmill. WOrked down to 6:40 pace for the last 30 mins, felt relatively smooth for not eating all day and driving.
