Comments Just happy to make it home after this one. Stomach problems led to a shuffling pace the last 2 miles after blistering close to 6:15. Got back with a mad dash to the Porto John. Got back to my truck to find a flat. Ridin on the donut for now, what an appropriate comparison to today's run. Better hopes for tomorrow
