Comments Improvisational run to avoid the overflowing Scuylkill. Most of the river route is impassible without swimming, so I headed to the high grounds for some trails and tree hoping in Belmont. Legs felt smooth, disappointed the 10 miler in Annapolis was cancelled, was looking forward to the fitness test. Irene = weak
