Tue August 16th - Easy Run - 10mi

Comments Warm-up before joining up with the Bryn Mawr runnning group. I would like to start running regularly with this group. They seem to have the right attitude with racing often, training hard, and ending each session with a few beers out back of the running shop. Todays workout was 400m repeats with a sponsored challenge by the local new balance representatives. we teamed up into 3 man relays and alternated each rep, whichever team completed the most reps in an hour got free kicks courtesy of new balance. not sure how many reps I completed, but was rolling around 1:18 on an out and back 200m dirt/wood path. Good turnout with over 12 teams running. I needed shoes, my team won.
