Comments Just got back in from Philly, left yesterday to move out of my studio and into storage. Long night and day of making runs to the dump and packing two years of intense studio work. Got back to Fredericksburg around 7, jumped on the treadmill. WOrked down to 6:40 pace for the last 30 mins, felt relatively smooth for not eating all day and driving.

Comments Found the trails down by the river in Fredericksburg. Humidity was high but not so bad under the trees. nice single lane dirt trails, footing was pretty good, with great views of rock crossings over the river. Ended with a long uphill on the roads. Finished just before the heat became unbearable.

Comments Ran from the hotel in Brattleboro, Massachusetts. crossed the river and found some great trails. Didn't want another out and back, so just ran through and managed to find a main road that led back close to where I started. Nice to be in the woods and on some dirt paths again. Cut run short to make checkout, flying back to DC later today.
