Comments Didnt make it out yesterday, too much stress and chaos. Got out today after looking at some apartments. Heat was a killer once again. tempoed out a mile in 5:28 after a short warm-up. Thick mucus and reflux put a stop to that. Finished up with 8 hard strides around 95% focusing on form, felt much better by the end. Need to get my speed back and adapt to this heat soon.
