Temple track
3 miles warm-up plus a couple of light strides. felt a little off today, which was surprising because the weather was so nice and I have been running my easy days fairly easy. workout was cut short from 4 to 3 sets of (200, 200, 400) with equal active recovery. Track was crowded and I found myself swinging all the way out the lane 4 on some sets. Today was different since people were scattered quite evenly. It was good 800 meter tactical training because I was forced to swing out and back frequently while still trying to stay relaxed and breath when changing rhythm. Not the best workout, just tired, but my first taste of some leg turnover reminiscent of real speed training. Wanted to leave as soon as possible and get home, probably didnt take enough rest between sets or else 4 would have been no problem.
