Comments Melanie forced me out the door after work when I was contemplating staying in for the night. She locked the door and said she wouldnt open it back up for at least an hour. I decided I might as well run. made it 5 miles out before turning back. Started to pick up the pace in the last 4 miles, cruising back to close out the second half in 32 minutes. Unfortunately I was hit by a car with half mile to go. Some girl ran the red light and slammed the brakes in the cross walk, landing me on the hood. Reflex took over and I leaned into the hood with my hip, while my middle finger flew high before it smacked into the windshield just about at her eye level. Shook it off cause Im a boss. Expecting some soreness for tomorrow...

Comments Finally made it out. Been itching to find some time to run after a few long studio days. Kept the pace steady for most of the run, added about 8 strides in route. Difficult to get the pace going in as the temperature drops.
