Comments River Loop. Forgot my watch after driving down to Kelly. Swirling cross wind made pace difficult, but still feeling fresh from my numerous rest days. CHecked the clock before heading out, closing out the run in more or less 56 mins. 6:30s feel great when the recovery outweighs the runs. Time to find some cash for new shoes and get back in shape for some solid road racing in the spring.
