Comments Bryn Mawr Running Co. 2 miles warm-up to the usual pavement loop. Workout for today was 4 x (4 x 400, 30 sec recovery), 400 recovery between each set. Alternating 400s on the going downhill and uphill. Each set alternated the ordering of ups and downs since the 400 recovery was taken in sequence. For instance on the first set we ran (down, up, down, up), while the second set was run (up, down, up, down), and so on. Obviously the uphill intervals were considerably harder. Turn over was much needed after this past weekend's flat performance on the roads. Building my confidence back up after this one. Finished up with 2.5 miles easy cool down.
