Comments Forced myself out after work today. Did not feel like running. Body hurts everywhere. Too much work, not enough down time to recover even after taking yesterday off. Need some sleep. Went to the track to attempt a workout at Temple. Warm up for 2 miles, 4 x 200 Rep pace (200 active recovery) followed by 600m Rep pace. Attempted some 400s but my motivation was shot. Fell apart trying to sprint, plus dodging small children in lane 1 killed my concentration. Left and jogged another 4 miles before going home. Not my day, but will feel better after some rest.
