Comments Windy on the river today and the splits were evident of this. Out with the wind in my face for the first 5.1 in 36:40 (7:11 pace), feeling quick. Made the final 5.4 back in 31:48 (5:53 pace). Need to make my runs quality since I am forced to take so many days off with work this month. Lost hopes of a fast half this year. Lacking strength. Only fueling the fire for Boston next spring. 2-3 more weeks before breaking and starting over.
