Comments River loop. Wind chill temps in the teens. Stiff wind on the way out. Was hurting the first 3 miles, trying to get moving. Started feeling good by 5, face felt frozen by 6. Tried to get some strides in route, however the final 2 miles were spotty with ice. Settled with picking up pace where I could to get back as swiftly as possible.
