Comments Rough day to run Belmont loop. Hills were slushy ice slicks. Took twice as many steps on the long 3/4 mi hill. Combination of dry spots deep snow and slush. Water was pouring off the bridges and trees after yesterdays snow storm turned to warmer weather this morning. Comfortable around 33-34 degrees. Slight knee and back pain from altering stride on slick surfaces. taking blunt of impact on joints.
