Comments River loop from Ridge. First and last 2K were still quite slick and slushy, but to my surprise the trails around the river had been salted and cleared. Except for a few ice patches, the path made for a pleasant experience with snow covered trees. Didnt see anybody out there, temps below freezing, but no wind. Felt liberated after the previous days of sloppy forced running.
