Sun January 13th - Easy Run - 8mi

Comments easy run with Bruce out in the Wissahickon trails, running at a pace just over an hour, but it was good to have some company. Ill take it as a recovery day since I had virtually no heart rate on the run. Starting up some fast twitch next week to gain some speed endurance, ill take the rest now...
