Tue April 30th - Aerobic Capacity Intervals - 10mi

Comments 2+ Miles Warm-up at Bryn Mawr Club. most are prepping for the Broad ST 10 Miler this weekend so workout was lighter than usual. Usual 800m grass loop, grass was exceptionally tall and thick this evening. Workout was 6 x 800 cut downs on 200 active recovery. Added an extra 8 x 200 afterwards on less than a minute recovery with a couple others not racing this weekend. Felt okay, A little tired from working in the studio all day. Still well within my comfort zone. Wish I was in condition to race 10 this weekend, will be attending my brother's wedding instead. Cool down back to the store.
