Comments River loop + banks out and back + 3 mile treadmill cool down. Worn out from work today and barely made it out the door. Decided to attempt a short tempo effort run to get the wheels moving again. Warm-up for 1.5 mi before 5 x 1 Mile Tempo effort with 1/4 mi recovery jog (approx 7 min pace recovery). Slower intervals were on dark path where footing was difficult to see. Finished the final 2 miles with a light progression buildup. Cool down on the treadmill to close out.
