Comments River loop from ridge, followed by 2 miles cooldown on the treadmill. 9 hr work day at the museum. Long day loading huge crates and travel frames into trucks. Forced myself out the door after nightfall and a short binge on tortilla chips. Hit the 10.5 mile loop in 01:09:21 (6:36 pace), followed by easy 6:50s on the treadmill to close out.
