Comments River loop from ridge down to city ave. Felt like running at altitude. 60 degree temps melting thick ice blocks off the river. Ran in a fog cloud with hot pockets of air and cool cross breezes. Wind picked up hard the last 5 miles. Tempo pickups in the middle 4 mile section.
