Comments River loop to Main st + River Banks + 6 miles on Treadmill. Getting stir crazy running the majority of my miles inside the past week. wanted to get this run in yesterday but snow and remnants of last week's snow made for miserable conditions. Forced myself out the door this morning considering wind chill was topping out at 10 degrees which is considerably warmer than the past few days. The river loop was all powder snow except for a few clean patches circling the museum. The banks trail was not cleared slowing me down to almost 8 min miles. Lungs were having a difficult time in the cold air, took a few miles on the treadmill to thaw out and stop coughing. Closed out with a couple 6:40s.
