Comments Work cancelled again today. Cant run in negative wind chills. My lungs cant handle the cold burn. Might be less productive for me to force it. That makes two treadmill days in a row. Hopefully philly will decide to drop some salt on the streets and temps will rise above 0 so I can make it out the door soon for a real workout.
