Fri June 6th - Weight Lifting mi

Comments Decided to go to the gym to test how I was feeling today after recent sickness. Workout was 5 rounds of 3 power cleans (100lbs), 6 push-ups, 9 air squats. (As many sets as possible in 3 mins rounds with 1 min rest). Made it through 19 even. Finished with 5 sets of 5 bench press at a low weight.
