Workout: 400m run, 30 burpee to bar, 400m run, 30 pull-ups, 400m run. FInished up in 13:46. Cruised the 4s at 6 min mile pace comfortably. Burpees hurt, made everything else more difficult than it should have been. Finished up with ring dips, false grip pull-ups.
