Comments River loop from ridge. 1.5 warm-up and rolled into 2 x 2.5 mile with 5 mins easy jog plus 1 mile. Jogged the easy segments pretty slow. Feeling sore form yesterday's weight lifting. I really need to pay more attention to getting enough recovery, since Im feeling pretty spent after working in museum all day and lifting.
