Comments BMRC workout. 2 miles warm-up. 7 x 800 at threshold pace. 35 secs recovery, 4 x 200m, 60 sec recovery. Group 1 was set for 9 x 800 but everyone dropped to 7 given the 90+ degree heat. Effort was much higher per interval on grass surface and high humidity. Everyone was noticeably drained. Hit all my 8s in 2:46-2:48. 200s all in 35. 2 miles cool down.
