Comments BMRC group run. warm up to polo field followed by 3 x (1200, 800, 400), 1 min recovery between everything. Dropped down and ran with the 17 min group to back off pace. I didnt want to do anything too taxing, but felt like getting my legs moving a little bit. I didnt wear a watch and just ran comfortably. Never felt strained or out of place, breathing was controlled. Legs did feel a bit heavy in the tall grass. I heard splits around 410- 412 for the 12's, 2:45s for the 8s, and low 80s for the 4s. Nice shakeout...
