Comments BMRC club workout at 800m grass loop. Workout included 10 x 800m intervals at 10 mile effort on 32 seconds of recovery. Still feeling the long run this past weekend, but was able to hold pace. Started off at 2:43 and leveled to 2:44/2:46 like clockwork, closed last item in 2:41. Pace was manageable, but the 30 secs recovery started to hit me 2/3rds of the way through. Easy cool down and beers to follow.
