Comments River Loop. Took the last couple days off due to a shoulder injury on my left arm. I was lifting some large works from my studio and must have over exerted the joint, making any form of arm swing more than painful. Took off and iced, still feeling it today, but loosened up after a couple of miles. Should be fine in a week.
