Comments Easy river loop post work. randomly crossed paths with Jossi from the BMRC club about 5 mins into the run. Took it easy for the first half of the loop before parting ways. It was great to have some company for once on the easy run. Ive run this path hundreds of times, but can only recall a handful where I had someone to run with. Hopefully the new job and routine make my training times more accessible.
