Wed January 22nd - Easy Run - 10mi

Comments Work cancelled again today. Cant run in negative wind chills. My lungs cant handle the cold burn. Might be less productive for me to force it. That makes two treadmill days in a row. Hopefully philly will decide to drop some salt on the streets and temps will rise above 0 so I can make it out the door soon for a real workout.

Comments Recovery pace. Was too sore and exhausted yesterday to run, so decided to take the day off. Didnt feel bad about it since the previous 7 days almost topped out at 90 mi. Got back into it this morning with a smooth treadmill jog. feeling good by 40 mins in and increased the pace accordingly. Long stretch afterwards.
