Comments Missed yesterday, fell asleep after work didn't wake up until next morning. Had to make today a good one. Wanted to make it 20 but got caught in 4 inches of slush that hadnt quite thawed out on the wissahickon trails. Had to cut back short, dangerous and impassable. Pace felt comfortable. Started to get hungry after 10, need to start packing GUs for the long runs. Had my mind made up about mid way that I would finish up the missing miles on the treadmill once I got home, but after getting through the door I realized how much I hate that machine, and how much better it is to run in 50 degree sunshine.

Tue February 18th - Aerobic Capacity Intervals - 10mi

Comments Bryn Mawr club workout. Warm-up to neighborhood loops, like running on a glacier. Workout was 8 x 1000 on 40 sec active recovery, cool down back to the store. Forgot my watch today so just ran with group 1 and paced off the leaders. Threshold was supposed to be at 10 mile race pace. Cut down from 3:30 to 3:20 fairly comfortably. Warmer evening but temps cut down hard mid way through the workout. Need to get out more and sharpen my legs after all these long slow miles.
