Wed April 16th - Easy Run - 6.25mi
Time of day 7:00 PM
Distance 6.25 mi
Shoe Air Pegasus (NyPk)
Comments Out and back from ridge to west river. Tried avoiding the recently blooming/willowing cherry blossoms in todays freezing temps. added in a few 800m pickups at marathon pace. Tired from painting 24' walls all day in the gallery. Need to get off my feet this weekend to ensure a good stretch of recovery in preparation for the race.

Sun April 13th - Easy Run - 12.3mi
Time of day 4:00 PM
Distance 12.30 mi
Shoe Air Pegasus (NyPk)
Comments River loop to Main st turn around. Running in a cloud of fresh pollen from the recently bloomed weeping willow trees. Strong cross winds, took me to almost a complete standstill at points. Weather is nice, but still an obnoxious run in the abrupt change of seasons. At this point it may be better to have a cold snowy marathon to replicate the 5 months of training leading up to the race.
