Thu May 22nd - Easy Run - 8.5mi

Comments River loop. Longest run since the marathon. Not an easy run. Body is too sore to function smoothly. Weight lifting is taking its toll. Rained the first half, closed out the last mile with a good pick up/strider. SHoes are about topped out. Hopefully I can get through another few weeks before switching out.

Comments feeling unbelievably sore from lifting. Hamstrings are locked up, couldn't sleep from cramping last night. Feeling good about getting in some cross training. Have a feeling Ill be running strong this summer.
