Comments River loop including a few 800m pickups at marathon pace. Ran at the hottest time of day, was really feeling the humidity. The weather in PA has been so perfect lately, I wanted to get a taste of bad conditions just in case the heat picks up this weekend. My legs felt really smooth, hit first two miles in 6:30s without pressing and forced myself to back off. Same with the 800s, coming through in 1:25 on the first quarter on the first 2. Decided to shut it down, since I was having difficulty breathing in the humidity. Legs feel fresh, just need the weather to cooperate.
