Comments Ridge to main st, up to West Fairmount, finishing west river dr. The Hills up to West Fairmount took my legs away a bit, but was able to recover on the way down. Temps dipped down into the low 20s but much less wind than usual. Despite my lack of fitness, this was more or less a comfortable run. I was hoping to run a little further but Ill take it after the low mileage recently.
