Comments Schuylkill River/Banks. At about 4 miles in picked up tempo for 2 miles hitting 11:30 (5:43/5:47), jogged half a mile and rolled into one more mile at 5:44. Would have liked to done more but my stomach wasnt agreeing with the fast pace after such a long break. Ill get it back soon
