Comments 2 miles warm-up, temple track, strides, 600 (interval pace), 2 x 400 (fast), 6 x 200 (fast), cooldown. Cut my workout short after I was approached by a local club team for North Philly. They convince3d me to come out for a meet this sunday. Happy to cut the workout short, was truly not feeling good.
