Thu June 4th - Aerobic Capacity Intervals - 8.25mi

2 mile warm-up
2 x 600 (15 min recovery) Interval pace
3 x 300 (1 min recovery) Fast pace
3 x 300 (5 min recovery) Race pace
1 Mile cooldown.

All recovery was a bit long, but this team has more of a sprinting background. I was well within myself and felt better as the workout went on. All recovery was active jogging. Best Ive felt since harvesting speed, its starting to come back.
