Comments Temple track, 60 degree/rain. 2 mile warm-up, 12 x 200 (2 min recovery), 2 mile cooldown. Needed an easy workout to acclimate to speed. Aiming for 32 second intervals from a standing start. Felt extremely comfortable through 8, arms started tightening up 10-12. Felt much better than previous sessions. 2 mins proved to be too long of a break, started up again closer to 1:30 to stay warm. Its coming back, slowly but surely.
