Comments Hanes Track. Longest delays in as long as I can remember. Big rest after the mile, may have done more harm than anything. technical difficulties made for a much longer break after the 400 as well. Felt pretty decent throughout, just didnt have that last gear. Next year is the 30th anniversary, Ill be back.
