Comments Reynolds Park into salem lake with Joe. Rolled an ankle pretty good in the first half mile. Pretty sure it took a solid 90 degree bend. Rotated it around for a min and shook it off. Feel a bit sore now, along with both hip flexors, however everything else is feeling fresh after yesterday's tempo/race. Perfect weather finished up with some gatorade. Good times.
