Comments Another run with PRTC. workout around the river was 3 x 2mile with 800m active recovery. Ran the first set in 11:05. Stomach problems again (reflux related), due to being out of shape. The others rolled on to cut down to 10:20. Not quite a tempo pace for me. just getting back to speed for now. These guys are quick.

Sun July 26th - Long Run - 12mi

Comments First longer run in a while with Philadelphia Runner group. Started off smooth into boxers trail. Belmont hill was a bitch again, but not too bad considering the heat. Started to feel it around the amphitheater hill, but the pace was also dropping down to low 6's. cut back shorter than the rest riding down Belmont. Hurting the last bit on the river trail.
