Comments 3 Mile warmup, 2 x (1 mile, 4 x 400). Pace was targeted at 5K goal pace. My initial plan was 5:10 however I got pulled along with the group and turnover felt comfortable. Penn's track was closed due to spring break week, but made it to Temple instead: 60 degree temps and lots of children to dodge. I was slightly off the back of the pack so my rest was a touch shorter than the group. I got 2:20 after the mile and 25-27 secs after the 4s. 2:30 between sets. Still managed to close well in the final 4. Cooled down a couple miles on the track.
