Comments Botched tempo run. COuldnt wake up the legs. Plan was warm-up, 6 miles alternating 1@ HM pace, 2 @ M pace, cooldown. Never felt good even through the warm-up. Had to call it just over half way. Still working out the kinks in this come back.
