Comments Ran 4 x 1200 with 1 min active recovery between sets, started 3 miles into this run. was planning on more sets at interval pace with more rest but the wind is just ridiculous out here. I was fighting the cross wind on my tempo efforts and it was dead on in my face when I was going for 1000m pickups at interval pace. Just got frustrated that I couldn't hold my form because the wind was practically knocking me over. Decided just to keep a solid pace and roll it in back to my apartment. Need to get faster short reps in to get some speed back before my upcoming races.
